These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Actualidadar platform and services offered by Actualidadar S.A. By using our platform, you accept these terms in their entirety.
1. Definitions
"Platform" refers to the website actualidadar.com and any associated mobile applications. "User" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform. "Investor" refers to registered users who participate in investment projects. "Project" refers to any real estate investment opportunity presented on the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be over 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, reside in Argentina or in a country where our services are available, and provide truthful and up-to-date information during the registration process.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Investment Services
Actualidadar acts as an intermediary between investors and real estate project developers. We do not guarantee returns or investment security. Each project has its own terms, risks, and conditions that you must review before investing.
5. Investment Risks
Investments in real estate projects carry significant risks, including the possible total loss of invested capital. Past returns do not guarantee future results. We recommend seeking independent financial advice before making any investment.
6. User Obligations
You agree to use the Platform in accordance with applicable law, not provide false or misleading information, not use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activities, and keep your contact and financial information up to date.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Actualidadar S.A. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Actualidadar S.A. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the last 12 months.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon being posted on the Platform. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Buenos Aires City.
